• All orders are usually dispatched within 24 Hours of Payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). If an order needs more than 1 business day handling we will contact you ASAP

• All of our parcels are sent with safe drop enabled. In some instances, the delivery driver will deem it unable to be safe-dropped and will leave it at the nearest post office for collection. This decision is made at the driver’s discretion.

• We don’t take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address
